God of Trees
Pleading for a divine sign
From the tallest tree
With strong branches
Growing so high in the sky
Reminding me to try
Cause my life line lied
Let me sing your rings
Of wisdom out loud
Inside my forest of doubts
Praying to the
God of Trees
Shade my lungs green
Send me a sea of leaves
To help me breathe
I’m walking inside my mind
Towards the edge of a coma
Afraid to be left behind
Hoping to find you
Without you
Cause my life line lied
It’s difficult to do
Shut the voices behind my eyes
Help me find peace
Praying to the

Thanks for the virtual hug - I felt it:) So needed at the moment.
I'm doing my best to keep my head up. Find some sort of direction
for healing. Some things need to be done on your own cause you know what you need better than anyone else:)

It's been challenging to my peace of mind!

I've missed ya amiga. Been a crazy run around month for me.
Lots of changes coming and kinda scary. I'll get through it though.
Just don't have time to invest in my writing like I want.
I'll get back to my normal routine hopefully before too long.

February is almost over. March is a strong month. You're going to climb to the top of it, no problem.
This is an awesome, insightful write. At first, I didn't catch the meaning of the rings. I obviously thought of rings we wear. Nope. You meant the rings in the core of the tree.

I can relate to this personally. The rawness and vulnerability is so familiar, and it felt like I was reading my inward worries and thoughts. Nicely written, Adelphina. Here's to a much better month!
