the whispers
you know i wait for you
i wait for the return,
the light has its halo in the fog,
when all is unsure,
i place it in the window,
i wait for you.
never have i set eyes on you,
but you, always have been so near.
the warmth that beats in the heart,
as that breeze in summer,
causing a rush upon me.
you and the sun, taking in that warmth,
the creek, bubbles and runs
i see you just before the setting sun,
laying in the tall grass.
you, as your skirt has raised,
and your eyes are closed,
the wind whispers,
can you hear?
from miles away...
upon that breeze
it calls, i love you, dear.
i wait for the return,
the light has its halo in the fog,
when all is unsure,
i place it in the window,
i wait for you.
never have i set eyes on you,
but you, always have been so near.
the warmth that beats in the heart,
as that breeze in summer,
causing a rush upon me.
you and the sun, taking in that warmth,
the creek, bubbles and runs
i see you just before the setting sun,
laying in the tall grass.
you, as your skirt has raised,
and your eyes are closed,
the wind whispers,
can you hear?
from miles away...
upon that breeze
it calls, i love you, dear.
