The lights are dimmed to that of candle light
the scent of raw emotion mingles through the air  
  
Sadness stains my smile, stabbing my soul  
weeping, wishing, wanting, letting go is hard  
   
Your life left its footprints all over my heart  
Some were painful, yet soft and feather like
 
Memories of you flow, ink~like
tattooed scars of lust and loss forever in my  thoughts
