to whisper its secrets into his ear
tied, time couldn't tear it apart
a view from a distance
skin pinning to rest
upon skin
eyes gazed half-moon
a fateful and unforgettable moment
that need no end
his heart open
a book she kept reading
not knowing
it would lead to love
