Who I Am

I was only 16, when everything
was so grey to me.
Even now it doesn't seem, like things
have changed from what I see.

Jim and Jack were
my only friends then.
I will never go back
to those days again
the bottle has finally run dry

I'm as sober as
I've ever been.
I'm no longer scared
of this life I'm livin in.

I use to be so cold
and dead inside.
Almost completely drained
of life.

I should of prayed,
and decided to stay.
But instead I got lost
along the way.

I was so far gone,
that I lost the light.
Now, its completely
out of sight.

All your lies
make me wanna die.
Now, I see the truth
