the winds of change
The God of love is greater
than the love of God:
Superior the Creator
to the love He gives.
The sin of man is viler
than the man of sin:
God's love saves the beguiler
from the guile he lives.
The winds of change more luring
than the change of winds:
For change is more enduring
than is constancy.
The death of life is steeper
than the life of death:
Closer draws life's grim reaper
with each breath i spree.
