Coalesce Love

Looking into your hallowed eyes, I gained a sense of clarity
Touching your skin for the first time, I felt a sense of
security
The sensation I felt when our lips touched
The chills my body felt when we became one can be
compared to ecstasy
Our souls molted into one,
Into a coalesce love
We shared pieces of each other that cannot be retrieved
A vibrational frequency I never thought I’d receive from
another human being
Your warmth perceived my pain
I felt my soul tie to yours and when I wasn’t ready to let go,
I was ripped in half and turned to dust
Our love changed and expanded in many forms
From caressing your rings while I held your hand,
To the sting of your cigarette pressed against my thigh,
To your hands wrapped around my neck
Sometimes by your love, sometimes by your hate
I felt my soul tie to yours and when I wasn’t ready to let go,
I was ripped in half and turned to dust
