Alright I guess it has been long enough so I will reveal the answer to the riddle and that answer is indeed, as Lady Fancy was first to guess, Trust. The body that is reciprocally shared is a metaphor of a relationship and in any relationship, I consider trust to be the most vital organ.

I once attended a marriage therapy and the presenter took a delicate glass and broke it on the floor explaining how trust was like that glass and putting the shards back together would be the most difficult thing to repair, not to mention how long it would take.
