~~~There's No Such Thing as Perfection///
We all want to idealize our teachers, and we want to idealize enlightenment, and ourselves. What happens is we set things up so that there is enlightenment, and there’s this teacher who’s going to give it to us, and that teacher has to be perfect and we have to be perfect. ** "it" could probably be classified 'Absurdist' or 'Dada'.
while "it" does tell a story, (& a poignant one at that) 'understanding' (in it's everyday 'sense') is completely unnecessary & pretty much superfluous to the 'telling of the tale'.
"It" is like a different way of eXploring what wee Think 'understanding' is, & kindalike 'challenging the narrowly subjective premisses wee project into 'understanding' in order to satisfy our ego's compulsion to create a Reality based on it's own (most often hidden, unconscious) agendas.
very simple - no big deal ( & daresay 'too uncomfortable' for many)

My'looneyum is a good one too. I knew the condo was just an excuse. You went down to Floridland looking for that fountain. Egyptian, Grateful ... I guess Tibetan too. It is a good one for a throwaway. I'm still open to writing that article. It seems you worked up a pretty reasonable explanation for the paradoxymoronics that might be useful to that end.

man, i drive by the entrance to Ponce's little tourista trap several times a week...ain't been able t'get up th'moxie t'git in line wit thee blessed goofy gawkers & candy-faced kiddies to do whatever The Rite is....someday (if i'm Ever spiritually Ready, that is......)
