Where once there was harshness,
compassion now flows.

Sometimes it's good to watch and wait. A couple of people have revealed themselves to be far more than I previously thought they were. However, in the case of the last one... same old, same old!!

I'm reserved, cautious and don't really socialise. It's great when somebody pleasantly surprises you, which two people did last week. As for the one who randomly tells me off every time she sees me, nothing has changed. I guess nobody is going to get along with everyone!

I am pretty quiet too... people will sometimes think I am more outgoing in my writing but I am a hermit and happily so I love nature 💕

People are fascinating, but bloody scary. I keep my distance and watch them. I don't even talk on the phone! I have lots of friends - I just conduct my relationships in writing, apart from a very small Safe List.

that's wonderful really...I know what you mean people are scary and unpredictable...cautious is the best way to be I'm lucky I live on a ten acre ranch with a few people so I'm not lonely but I'm safe 💕

I've been in a relationship for 27 years and have kids, so I'm never lonely. In my job, I can kind of have colleagues or not. It's all good.

Your poem is a really wonderful story of true colors being a rainbow while some can't turn over a new leaf. Love the clarity of your poem and how wonderfully it illustrates your point.
