What Should've Been  

The dead
come alive
what's in your head
is through your eyes
they visualise  
new times to see
that's why the dead
they walk with me ,
they walk for you
together we
can never lose
if you believe
in what I do
we can retrieve
old golden hues .

When you look
what do you see
am I a book
the sort you'd read ,
some words mistook
and a spine to bleed
with a hard back
the kind you need .

Let's re-invent
the past
put us together , in it
we'll have a blast
and see what we've been missing .
