Back where I used to be happy
Back here where the best of my life happened
Living in the past just to give me a little hope
That maybe the future can shine

Maybe some of my old happiness
Will leave its shine on me
And the stars will align
Along my path

I need a little break
So I'll do just what I've done before
And maybe for a change
Things will work out for me again

Even if this fails
It's nice to visit a time
When I was happier
Just to feel the smile on my face
