He thinks he has everybody fooled

 
“Hey darling you’re pretty cute.” He says with his smooth southern charm.

“He’s sweet, what is the harm?” They say with confusion on their faces.

“I’m glad you had that experience with him.” Is all I said as my heart races.

When backs are turned and ears are far, he tries his best to tear me apart.

Just knowing he is in the same building sends shivers down my spine and my anxiety is off the charts.

“He’s a good man!” They say urging me to give him a chance.

What they don’t know is, this would be the 3rd time and I refuse to do so under any circumstance.

He mentions my power because he can’t stand the fact that this time I won’t cower!
