I see that your stroke hit you really really hard. Perhaps before the stroke you felt somewhat indestructible. A huge Reality check. Take care of yourself...........

I'm reminded of the comment Clint Eastwood made when asked how he stayed so 'young' -- and he replied "Don't let the old man in" ... but I have to say, it ain't that easy - especially after a stroke, I'm sure.
Not sure if this is of any use and I'm wary of suggestions and advice (often = add vice) but I've taken up Medical Qi-Gong, (not Kung-Fu Martial-Arts Qi-Gong) which is slow gentle movements and helps the blood flow round the body taking more oxygen everywhere. It might help maintain some flexibility and better balance -- who knows?
