A Chamber of Eyes

I closed my eyes and was confined to sleep
Never before had I delved so deep
There was nothing, no sound, not a peep

Alone in the black, a door lay before me
It's appearance was grotesque, bleak, abhorredly
In its center was an eye that couldn't ignore me

I mustered some courage, to the door I approached
The oculus was furious that I had encroached
For a second I faltered, but pushed past my reproach

Walking in to a chamber of eyes
I felt my panic begin to arise
The impending doom, awaiting my demise

There were seers floating in every direction
I tried to scream but my voice lost all inflection
My bravery was shattered, I'd lost its protection

I could feel them peirceing my soul
In my heart they bored a gaping hole
Through mangled sight....my innocence they stole

I, a small child, was crying inside
Surrounded, with no where to hide
Stranded, in the dimensional divide

I haven't spoken a word since that night
Trauma in my head, it isn't right!
It still lingers......the evil sight

Im begging that you end me, please!
Lock me in death's cell and throw away the keys!
If I must, I shall die on my knees
