There was a reportage on Radio Canada (tv) last night. A French fellow who knows all about Qatar and recently wrote a book on the subject told us that the population of Qatar is 300,000. Everybody gets an annual ''salary'' of 90,000 .....and everything is free. As a plus the top 100 B.A. graduates all got a Cartier watch.....
