SPEAK UP

                  
 
(S)top the Silence. Speak your voice and be heard, Stop letting People, Places and Things crowd your mind into hibernation. Open your Heart, eyes and ears and voice your words.
 
(P)erseverance. Stop delaying your goals or finishing your accomplishments, be persistent despite the difficulties you've endeavored on past obstacles. Be even more persistent when negativity and discouragement tries to interfere with your success.  
 
(E)valuate. Stop and calculate your thoughts. Always remember self love is first and foremost important. Think before you speak and always remember evaluations of the Heart, Mind and Soul are important aspects of life.
 
(A)nnounce. Always be true and upfront about your feelings, Never let fear keep you quiet from something or someone that may be hurting or hindering you.  
 
(K)nowledge. Be smart and know that knowledge is power, and you should always keep insight the intelligence and wisdom that's embedded within you. Recognition is another key aspect of realization in life.
 
 
(U)nderstand. Know that it's okay to fall, just remember don't stay down there. Life brings many challenges some we have no control over and that's fine. Stay focused and understand that you are important and you are loved.
