FEELING DEFEATED
I feel like I was just dumped
Weighed, measured & rejected
Unfriended & discarded
It was so unexpected
My heart's broken into pieces
My love has been deleted
Feels like I wasn't good enough
I'm completely defeated
I don't want to leave my room
Don't want to leave my bed
I simply cannot find the strength
I wish that I were dead
I had 41 years of happiness
And now it is all gone
How could something felt so right
Turn out to be so wrong

A very expressive poem about suffering after many years of deception in love
Each of us has a sad past
But life is all about trials and exams
We can fail the exam
But we must continue the paths and defy the odds
Nothing is impossible
I know that a deception in love leaves an escape in the heart and feelings
But the heart does not break, with time the emptiness will be filled and the impulses of love will begin to be reborn in the heart
