I’d heard that very thing and decided knowing my genetic origins wasn’t that necessary. I can’t think of anything scarier than some nefarious lab and/government getting their mitts on my dna makings. Very scary. Great write.

I agree-- as a lab tech, myself, it disgusts me when some techs sell out to the dark side & give us all a bad name.

Lol-- actually the lab coat is very un-sexy, along with my walmart scrub pants, employer-logo sweatshirt and a scarf because it's so friggin' cold in one of the labs where I work. Add in a ponytail plus the masks we still wear, and you have the frumpy fashion statement of the year 🔬😁
