Grade School in the Great USofA

“Boys, what would you do if a classmate brought a weapon to school?”

“Run away and tell a teacher”

“Would you try to talk to the student about it?”

“No”

“That’s right. Don’t draw attention to it. Just quietly tell a teacher.”

“Why are we talking about this?”

“Because a high schooler brought a weapon to school near here today. I just wanted to make sure you know what to do…
what about if you hear from a friend that somebody brought something dangerous? Just a rumor & you don’t know if it’s true?”

“We tell a teacher?”

“Yes, you could tell them you don’t know if it’s true, but even if it’s just a rumor, still let a teacher know!”

“So like last year when A___ found a knife?”

“Yes… you could tell him you can go together to tell someone, too”

“Ok…what was the weapon today?”

“It was a gun…”
