Heard the Siren singing
It echoes through the fen
Suddenly I'm swimming
Inside my head again

Save me, I'm helpless
Abandoned and breathless
The glaze over my eyes
It shrouds what I long to see
Are you still alive?
The years, they pass us by
I've died so many times
My past has become a dream

But the heart remains perpetual
It's the only thing that's real
And our fate remains eventual
No matter how we feel
Just come alive

Felt the heat before me
A witness of the end
Now my gaze is empty
I suffer to pretend
