A Sacred Union

We searched each other and found new shapes together.
becoming a playful spectacle that filled the room.
Together, we took on shapes of a moving sculpture of living flesh and poetry
mindlessly frolicking as if our lives were ending.
Our individual selves vanished in the thick air of our panting.
Where once there was loneliness the walls sang with
celebration in the sacred union of spirit and flesh.
