Away on Holiday
It's funny, I forgot about this place
Until yesterday
I wonder how all my friends are?
I've been outrunning death
Stopped to catch my breath
And to give a few hugs
I hope you all know I'm grateful for you
I read my words from long ago
I was ready to die, I wanted it
As sad as I was
And a times still am
I must admit it's mostly anger now
I'm too pissed off to die
I want to watch my enemies demise
All of them, watch them fade out alone
Knowing the fault is entirely their own.
