Deity
I am a drip in the sea
drowned out by all that was
and all that ever will be
but in this little existence
I find you
somehow we fit like two pieces missing
they can't see, or care to believe
this little moment is everything
fixated on your eyes
I see luminescent skies
point blank shot with 21 guns
I am dead then reborn
you've seen my abyss
dark realm of sadness
hopless endeavors healed with your presence
my heart is clay for you to mold
so you build me up better than before
loving and kind
with a whole lot of beautiful
when I was with others I felt forgotten
yet you treat me like the most important person
the closest thing to God in my world
I don't need a heaven
can't believe in anything better

I read this a few times over the last couple of days....and feel so appreciative to be able to say that this bit of exquisite truth it's utterly resplendent and exactly what someone would dream to find their significant other lovingly confessioning. It's sacred and simply beautiful in it's open reverence. You're truly fortunate to have found your perfect partner in life; that kind of real happiness emanates hope for us all.
