Falling: 9/13/2022
...instead of going straight to sleep at 3:00 am in the morning, no doubt exhausted, you, in the most quiet-gentle way possible, made your way under the duvet, taking care not to wake me, though I must admit I was half awake - somewhere between a dream and reality, i felt your arms gently wrap around me, your body curl up around my body, and your quiet quiet voice whisper to the nape of my neck "I love you, i love you...i love you" ..as if you didn't for the world of you want to stir my sleep, but just couldn't not tell me ..and i don't think i've ever felt the full force of those words from a man until then.. "I love you too"

As a focused singular scene it points to depth of intimacy, passing of time together and all we overcome to arrive at such a place, all subtly imbued. Thank you for sharing this with us.
