Darkness
darkness and desolation
does my mind find thee,
despondency of mind imprisonment,
only I can see
not one could see the struggle,
I'm always filled with glee
like waves crashing into the cliffs
I flounder about
no foothold to be found,
not one to grasp
at this moment,
my struggle is complete
at last, tranquility for all to see,
if only I was not already
in obscurity.

hello dearest poet I suffer from severe anxiety as well I started writing here about eleven years ago out of desperation and found writing helped quite a lot.. I hope you find the same...this is a great write ❤️
