Lines in a forgotten diary
And you will never see my face
because I stand between
the mirror and its nearest place.
So as you go and going seen
by faces not your own,
the face that’s not your own but is
will grow as plants that live un-shown.
And then one day you’ll catch yourself
an older man, moving from shelf to shelf.
because I stand between
the mirror and its nearest place.
So as you go and going seen
by faces not your own,
the face that’s not your own but is
will grow as plants that live un-shown.
And then one day you’ll catch yourself
an older man, moving from shelf to shelf.
