Yes, sometimes we are definitely our own worst enemies, my dear BB. The brain is tricky and can be a devilfish saboteur!! Try not to beat yourself up too badly. Developing new healthy habits usually varies greatly from person to person and isn't an easy road. I totally understand the frustration!🙄 I say pick one small new, but meaningful change and do your utmost to stick to it as much as possible! The biggest life changing journeys all start with that first step.

{Most of all, be kind to yourself about straying off course... it happens to us all!!}

I think for some there is a battle- is activity to be embraced just for movement’s sake? Activity isn’t synonymous with progress. I know people who are constantly moving but aren’t so good about accomplishing anything.

Paralysis by analysis can happen but I also feel strongly about John Wooden’s quote, “Failure to prepare is preparing to fail”.
