Reclaiming Language

Taking back language a worthy goal  
hear of war, killings, and the like  
privet to erotic battles  
body vs. body in sex  
 
Not intercourse void of consent  
the post traumatic crippling act  
debasing human value  
posting one gender as superior  
 
Or missiles that always find civilians  
though aimed at military features  
armaments and trappings pointed  
to raw naked pleasure  
 
Now the current trend is far away  
even a president with a Noble Prize  
using drone missiles and assassination  
to ensure re-election  
 
Bloodthirsty veins of the business world  
manufacturing weapons and their selling  
arming everyone to the hilt  
talk about winning a nuclear war  
 
Celebrate the erection throbbing  
the silo for guided missiles  
meet with expectant sounds  
of intense satisfaction  
 
The explosion that leaves no clouds  
of radiation and sickness  
the waste of weapons  
destroying even further the planet  
 
But highlights the intimacies  
in human relationships  
which guide the strongest instincts  
known to human kind  
 
Teach the children well  
let them play  
primed for celebrating everyone  
keep the head to the sky
