Remorse

Wilted, withered and atrophied rose,
Regrets for a past with deep remorse,
Emotions reflect in pearly teardrops,
Stifled sobs break the silence for hope,
Her arms are up in prayer to step close,
Waits to fold in a strong hug and hold,
Holds my hand tight to take me home,
Time for her to re-write her love prose.
