Disappointment poem

What shall we do with the gods?
Keep them in the drawers...
(would they forget about themselves?)

They would be taking up space.
Stealling the place of some,
possibly more practical, tools.

What if later, the gods take revenge
by making the pineapple peeler stop working?
The gods I know would have more fun
mixing up all the numbers of the unpaid bills!

We can always send gods to bed
without dessert or a goodnight kiss.
Would they uncharge themselves?

Gods are very well known for using
cellphones to create black holes.
Like the hungry teenagers and the viruses.
