I too feel that battle between the opposing forces in my own mind, its always a comfort when I come across poems that I can relate to. This one is a reflection of conflictions in myself and my deep gratitude of being able to express that and share that experience  with others.

It was this line that spoke the loudest to me, "Morality like a see saw of Reality ". It made me think about the way those emotions come to the surface, then a moral battle ensues.

Thank you so much for giving my mind something to chew on.

Damn, that picture is awesome to start - really sets the stage for the words although they set themselves without it but I think it's a great accompaniment. I was thinking oh God, what it would be like to be in my mind. It's hard enough for me to be there much less anyone else. Always so complicated, but always so sincere. It's hard to balance the scales of lunacy, and you are so right on morality. It's incredible what people without morals will do to someone else. Something I have learned the hard way. That balance you mentioned feeding into the light and dark trying to maintain a semblance of 'normalcy' while keeping from imploding or exploding. Yes, you are clever... And it's so wonderful you are here to share that poetic pleasure. 'Fuck you but have a lovely day', can mean so many things. :p But sometimes you must let it out. There are many ways to do that and I can think of some fun ones. lol

Yes trying to balance the somewhat normality and the the psychotic tendencies can be a struggle for sure, but don't they make for the best forms of expression also 🤣
That's the beauty of poetry,  there is something for every emotion 😍
