Crazy Cat Lady

I suppose 5 cats is some sort of limit. We not only oftentimes hear about cat ladies....or see the SPCA  ''invading'' a place where a woman has 50 cats 100 cats or whatever in her home.  Never mind the number, some are always well kept (the cats, I mean), other times it is a huge frigging dump.  Pretty much the same with the dogs, but with some races, like pitbulls, one is tooooooo many and that frigging race should be eliminated from the face of the earth.

PS: Perhaps you will consider writing something for my   Dead cat in a hat    competition.       PPS:  I would much prefer to won a cat (had one for many years) than a dog.  Much less trouble re upkeep....      Regards, Robert.

Maybe it's your ability to herd them with leashes that astonishes those with 5 dogs or 20 chickens.

Lol-- or my obssesively clean house where you can't tell I have cats at all unless you see them .  3 are leash trained, one is too nervous to venture outdoors with me, and the kitten is too small right now, but will see how she is when she grows a bit.

My aversion is not the animal, smell, character or the love one derives, it is my body rejects them with watery itchy eyes. I know within minutes after walking into someones house. Even though growing ,up we had three. Not the same reaction with dogs. Enjoy your pets, a blessing indeed.

I wasn't planning on ending up with 5 cats but God had other plans that trumped mine.  I always "hear" a name that pops in my head out of the blue, and I know it's a cat's name when that happens , and then the cat will come along at its appointed time.  Luckily, all my fur-babies get along well together and God has sent me 4 females because my one male cat, Bronson in my avatar pic, hates other boy cats lol.  Girls are fine with him, though, so Pearl, Talvi, Betty & Flora, have all passed muster lol

The one in the pic is a handsome boy, you must have a kind heart to extend your love to so many, blessed indeed.

Thank you for your entry!  The cat in the pic is gorgeous!  My daughter would be very jealous.  She has wanted a cat since she learned to speak, but we can't have one where we live at the moment!  We've had a variety of other small furries, but she is planning to get a cat as soon as she moves out.

I had a Calico named Roxanne who lived to be 19 1/2.
She had all the firepower of 5 cats
Loved to eat bison burgers ......

Thanks for stopping by!  I have 4 girls, Pearl, Talvi, Betty and Flora and one boy, Bronson, who's in the photo with me. He's a 14 pound Russian Blue who doesn't like other boy cats, but girls are fine lol.  Pearl is a longhair silver tabby , green eyes, Talvi is a short hair bengal tabby mix with rust colored eyes.  Betty is an all black longhair with one white patch on her chest & green eyes and Flora is an all white short hair, with blue eyes.
