I wandered again
Mind in a dream
Apart from my wandering feet
But together they carried my heart back home

Reaching hands found
the gate was closed and barred
Heart, feet, mind & hands
Now search the cosmos
Seeking the heart-home they once knew
Or something like it

Awake now, I see
Roots have bound
hands & feet
Heart & mind
To a vacancy
Where children grasp
Clamoring for more
& I clamor for more
