I think I should
Burn these words within;
Let them leap
Upon the bars of this
Chalky cage of bone;
Let consume the
Torrid fire of my sin;
Let me
Bleed painfully, and slow,
And come to day’s end
Weary, and alone.
Burn these words within;
Let them leap
Upon the bars of this
Chalky cage of bone;
Let consume the
Torrid fire of my sin;
Let me
Bleed painfully, and slow,
And come to day’s end
Weary, and alone.
