No one really thinks with a PhD.
What they use instead is a brain
And almost never academically
Without some measure of neural strain,
Because it takes effort to read those books
Or to fill a chalkboard with equations
When searching for Republican crooks
In one of their routine tax evasions,
Which is why America has no cash
To educate the burgeoning masses
Of simpletons, morons, and trailer trash
With remedial social science classes,
Or at least a service of tea...
With etiquette lessons perpetually!

Author's Note
No school should ever have been built with volume economics as their primary design criteria. Between school shootings and the virus, we will have to spread out the students more and more for safety and security. A Vietnam veteran would describe our schools in tactical terms as a "clusterfuck" and they would be right. Current schools are really only useful as warehouses for school supplies, but not actual students. Not building a useless border wall would probably pay for the new schools which should be smaller and closer to the families they serve and they must have aesthetically pleasing design elements so that they don't look like a penitentiary. Everybody's kids deserve better.
