Into silence
Quietly
Gnawing away
In your head
Like a rat
Gnawing on on your skull
As you lose
What balance
You had left
In your life
Hurting those around you
Simply because
You refuse
To acknowledge
That there is
Something
Wrong
You refuse
To face youself
And for that
Those around you
Must pay the the price
For your
Lack of Courage
That you shout
