in the starlit vision I am beautiful
I seek kingdoms and answer for truths
I wander the celestial and explore dominions
it's with a curious mind I gather wisdom

foolish in my pursuit of love
it takes time and a soul's investment
youthful redemption I am bound
sacred heart with a touch of innocence
a solemn vow upon my lips
lest I trespass where I should not

secrets of the void hidden in my eyes
I've seen the rise and fall of civilizations
my soul weeps for companions lost
scattered in the universes
I come across them at intervals
it always with sorrow I look on
with confusion they stare
memories are stirred then forgotten

I am just a drifter amongst the chaos
traveling time and space
searching the emptiness
collecting what I can
then moving on

I carry recollection of past crimes
broken pieces of history
to be revealed later
