fractal tears
unwept
history's arc
pooling intoxicatingly
a distilled concoction
rising
scorched and triumphant
breath perfumed
with poesy
pile of masks
discarded
cityscapes of sandcastles
glittering through stained-glass thoughts
immutable soul beauty
rebuffing tide's twinkling caress
