Valkyrie

While lying in my lair, gems and precious stones strewn everywhere
I'm nestled in amongst the statuettes of you begging for my care
I curl my tail around my body, resting my chin and muzzle right there
The glare from the diamonds reminds me of the sparkle from your skin and hair

So many strewn silver and gold pieces reminds me of Jason's Golden Fleece
I'm panning the streams of existence for worthy pieces of me ored with your loving leash
Hahaha, eyeing myself all along my hunches and all along my tail
There are so many lost memories of you that have been replaced with new scales

Our memories that goes on and on, eons compiled upon eons
There was once a Valkyrie, when we were free to roam from dusk to dawn
You mounted proudly upon my back, a beast dedicated to your serving
And me a beast at one with it's master, with wings outstretched, no one could be more deserving

So many enemies came against us, me with talons and fire, and you with your sword
The dedication of our hearts and minds was more than our enemies could afford
Battle wounds were taken and accepted, yes more than words were needed to heal
Beings with minds as keen as ours with the sharpness of a sword for how we feel

I gripped myself tighter with my tail, a reminder of you holding the reigns during battle
The way that you gripped me with your thighs in the heat of things nothing else mattered
Hahaha, you was my Little One, my Valkyrie, the holder of my reigns
I had never been loved and warred the likes, and have never been handled like that again
