Resolution
Love,
What are we?
We meager beings,
We momentary sparks,
Frail beneath a hundred
Thousand stars;
We,
Hungry,
Longing,
Eager, and desperate
Vagabonds;
Desperate;
To whisper our stories
In to one another’s ears;
Longing
To pour
Beautifully terrible
Carnal love
Over each others’ bodies;
Love,
I am desperate
To breathe you in:
A sudden sea air,
Keen and heady;
I am hungry
To pour lusty lips,
Slow and surely,
Over every
Inch of your skin;
My final
Fading hope
Is to bathe you
In pure pleasure,
Boundlessly;
To weave our souls
Into one;
To crown you,
My queen,
My wild warrior,
With my devotion,
My adoration,
My love.
