The Narcissist's Lover
The world
is a snack
in a narcissist's dream,
for nothing
is ever as sweet
as it seems.
No matter
how much
is given their cause,
It always ends up
just crushed
in their paws.
Drowning
in syrup
then burning in fire,
the object
of lust
and wanton desire,
first all the acting,
all beauty
and lace,
then heartlessly cruel
with love
not a trace.

Thank you.....it's one of those subjects I wish I knew nothing about, but I'm glad I'm better equipped.
I definitely need to learn what you have seem to, RT. Being better equipped to deal sounds like something I could benefit from...
