Poems are coming to me again when I'm shaving or doing other mundane things.  It usually a sign of a big creative spurt.
Hopefully you're doing something fun in this beautiful late Spring weather.  I always say the summer is over on the first day of summer.
I have strange issues with time ...

Hello. Your poem and painting are wonderful.
I think your painting doesn’t look undefined intrinsically. It looks like an intrinsically woven pattern of fabric as worn by the woman who’s face is captured in the top right corner. And for some reason, it doesn’t feel uncharted. It feels familiar and comfortable. Just my opinion.

The art always comes first and then I write around them...

You should get street cred on the mustache for maintenance, can't be easy ....

PS,  The 'stache upkeep is like making love...the more one does it, the better one gets...it's a process I enjoy and I get great satisfaction, once it's done well. LOL.
