My favourite author and book
My favourite author right now is Becky Chambers. She writes very character centric sci fi that I love.

My favourite book at the moment is The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern. It's a wonderfully imaginative adventure.

The book I'm reading
The Violent Century by Lavie Tidhar. I've read it before and will probably read it again.

The book I wish I had written
None really. Not yet.

The book I couldn't finish
A Thousand Spendid Suns. I'd just left a difficult relationship and it was too emotionally difficult for me to get through.

I'm not ashamed to have not read anything

My favourite film/s
Fight Club, The Matrix, Moana, Encanto, Inception. They're all movies I can watch over and over again with getting bored.

The box set that I’m hooked on
Watching Gilmore Girls at the moment but I'm not sure I'm hooked on in it. It's more easy watching when I need some chill and break from kids shows.

My current favourite show is
Don't have anything I'm watching at the moment but I'm hanging out for The Orville to finally get released in Australia

Buffy the Vampire Slayer

My favourite piece of music
I'm such a music junkie, I couldn't name just one thing when so many pieces are meaningful to me.

The last song that made me cry
Don't know the name of it, but it was a song from Moana.

The lyric I wish I'd written
Probably something from Matthew Good or Placebo. They both have some hard hitters.

The song that saved me
Crash and Burn by Savage Garden got me through my teen tears. Devotion by the Hurts helps keep me strong when I'm low and has definitely helped keep me sober.

The violin. I love the sound of it, it's transcendental.

Funnily enough 80s power ballads always seem to lift my spirits. Also trance and techno

If I could own one painting it would be...
Too many to choose from. There are so many amazing classic artists, and wonderful new artists. I do own a book by an instagram artist and a plushie by an art youtuber.

The film (and concert) that I’m looking forward to
I don't know what's coming up film or concert wise. Don't get to many these days, but I'm looking forward to the new seasons of The Witcher and The Umbrella Academy
