I was just talking to Honoria about the ugliness of what is valued today, how we prioritize the hoarding of wealth above community and ecological wellness. I hear and feel you in this.

Powerful write, that's both reflective of society and spiritual in knowing our worth. Not too many people are willing to sacrifice themselves for others, but after the events that happened in May of 2022 in Texas, it makes us question where the values of those who supposedly represent us are.

Thank you for reading. I am extremely frustrated with this critical situation. Shootings are becoming the new, terrifying norm and it seems like nothing is being done about it. It is appalling.
