I must admit my first thought was erotic from the title. But that's where my mind goes by default and it still applies here to your words in my opinion. ;) But I can see the other side too; I know I am my own worst critic so I really love this message of self love, so often we have the hardest time accepting ourselves and can focus on all the mistakes and flaws while discounting all the good things too easily.
