I’m alone
In the dark
I keep fucking up
I lost everything once
I don’t want to do it again
I am haunted by the past
I thoughts I saw the future
But instead found more of the same
I want to scream
I want to cry out
I need help
But don’t know how to get it.
I don’t agree that mental health
Or any health should be anything but free
