To me this indicates something like
a state of hyper awareness amidst inputs of chaos...

This line as well:

Such a cool image...

I sometimes think of the nature of wings...

How it is the reunification  of duality...  (amongst other insights)

But yes...  Your application=Real cool.

Each stanza in this piece has such an exquisite movement,
bursting with oblique & linear energies...

You read me well. That is certainly one of my thoughts behind this line. I was also thinking of how a storm of intense physical 'activities' on the body can silence the mind. :)  Sometimes we must find calm within the chaos. To fly gives you such a spectacular view of the world. Taking in everything and allowing you to oppose that gravity which holds you in place, that strong desire to challenge or break the rules... It makes me so happy you could feel an exquisite movement and the bursting energies that come from my mind.

But my accolades are no less as enthusiastic as all the above.  It's always awesome to read about the peaks achieved, the euphoria.  Obviously including the physical ones.  Who can't relate to that?  Even if we can't describe it as well as you did.  
  Even in envy, it's pretty awesome for the kite-tail as well the kite.

You know how much I love catching stuff on fire Wally. lol I have been called a little arsonist. :p  And I do love art, it's great when you can put it to words or vice versa. Representing strokes is always fun and gets the paint and blood flowing. Made me think of sitting there as a nude model for a painting making it impossible to paint on the canvas because you need to paint in the body for real. That's just how my mind works I guess. :p 🩸🩸🩸

Ah, my dear Ted. There are so many erotic elements. ;) A passionate addiction can be to so many things. One of the very few poems I have written that is more specific geared towards a meaning of drugs. Quite a subject to cover. There are so many different substances, many illegal, many legal... Some are not substances at all like sex. But we can crave them so strongly, stronger than any substance so often. They get into our blood and stay there forever... as we seek the next fix always. I am so happy you found it well written. As usual it has many meanings. Thanks so much for looking back and reminding of this one.

Through life's harsh education, I have learned that an addiction to drugs may be favorable to an addiction to love.  I know Heroine addicts who have kicked, but mainlining love not only risks a horrid withdrawal, but the kind of internal scars which never heal.  (I've read ALL of your posted pieces, BTW.)  :-)
p.s. By not saying anything about the art, I believe I've said a lot.

Read all of them, wow! That's truly an incredible compliment, thank you! I think love is worth the risk but perhaps I will change my opinion in the future who knows. It leaves scars but it leaves an impression that lasts for a life time also. That impression can be the most beautiful thing in the world. No drug could ever approach that. In regards to the art, I suppose now you have said a lot. But often people think they see something and so often they only see what they want to see.
