This One Is For You
Is there a part of me you're looking to find?
Seen a monster that breathes between the lines?
You said you're never hiding
But you're never so inviting.
All the while the bait is starting to rot,
Did your pride think that you would never get caught?
I like how fast you're spurring,
Beg as you justify the hurting.
Was there a plot to bury, make me your shrine?
Decorate my bones with what? Your insides?
Shapes and scars so hypnotizing,
So disgusted yet enticing.
All this time you're reading into the blame,
Would you even care at all without the name?
My heart is fuckin' bleeding
But apologies leave it seething.
