Heart Ache
Out of all the pain I have ever experienced heart break is the worst,
In the hospital you can take pain killers for broken bones and they can be treated right away and put in a cast , the heart can not be mended so easily , the pain infects the mind and soul with no anti biotics to help it heal , alcohol may numb the pain but bring it back ten fold the following day ,
I no longer want to exist anymore tho I don't want to die . I can't go on but I can't stop , this is real , this is pain . A lost hope, a fallen dream

The comparison of a broken bones against that of a broken heart is spot on. The infection it causes the brain seems the worst. There’s no escape at all from that.

Sadly this pain (and the memory) will be with you to your dying day. I wish you a lot of courage.
